Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-3 days for delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I purchase items individually?

At this time, all Aligned & Co. sets are sold as full sets to ensure a cohesive elevated look.

Will I Be Charged Right Away for my Pre-Order?

Yes, your payment is processed at checkout to secure your items. 

Can I Cancel or Return a Pre-Order?

At this time, pre-orders are eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of delivery.
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.

Can I Order In-Stock and Pre-Order Items Together?

Yes! Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready.
Need something sooner? We recommend placing two separate orders.

What sizes do you carry?

We currently offer sizes S to XL, and we’re always working on expanding our range.If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges at the moment.
We want you to love your Aligned & Co. pieces, because feeling good starts with what you wear.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. but international shipping is coming soon! Stay tuned via our newsletter for updates.
